I hate that Mark, Miguel and the other maintenance men had to leave they were so pleasant, and Miguel was extremely proficient and GREAT all around
I consider The Garratt at Cortland a village where people try to live in PEACE. Comparing whats available to renters here to other rental properties in Columbus area, nothing but a bargain !
Im only decided to stay here because of my kids schooling other then that I have nothing nice to say
Upon moving in to our new apartment the customer service was nothing short of excellent. After we signed our lease and moved in things went downhill. 48 hour service request is a hit or miss and doesnt always happen. Text/emails for packages that have arrived dont always come or they come after you make a phone call. It appears
That once you live here they care more about people moving in then their current residents. There are positives to living here but I feel like there are more negatives than positives. Had to purchase a leaf blower due to when they move they blow all the grass/leaves in the patio. Parking prior to the leasing office moving into their new( which does look nice) leasing office was miserable. Workers/ maintenance workers would Park in tenants spot. Not an issue now that they moved. But the lack of trying not to park in tenants parking spots was nonexistent. Maintenance staff ruined our rug to our front door. Which the staff was nice enough to offer to buy a new one. Overall the actual apartment isnt bad minus a few things not being done correctly inside the apartment( door knobs not on right, closet doors dont line up, sink knobs on tighten properly.
I hate the new service for trash cans I hate the fact that the company makes mistakes on there end and expect you to take the fault. I hate the fact I still have parking issues. I hate the fact the compnay expects you to drive out your way to go swimming all because there renovating rather then giving tenants discount on rent . I hate the fact that I moved and buffalo run paint job is still incomplete... NEED I SAY MORE.
