We are very pleased with the improvements that Cortland Partners is making to our community. They have definetly kept their word !
Remington has made my family and I feel very welcome. I ve tried multiples to promote Remington and spread the word regarding my experience so far. I would love if they would place a play ground due to the amount of children that are in the neighbor so they would not have to play in the street but overall I love this community my neighbors are very nice and we have grown a relationship.
Over priced even for the remodeled units, no care for people who want to stay but can't afford the $400-500 rent increase. Pool was closed every time we wanted to go down toward the end of summer. Majority of residents unhappy since Cortland took over. Wish I would have known the property was being sold, we would have never moved here knowing rent would increase an extreme amount and we would have to move to a different unit if we choose to stay at Remington station once our lease is over so they can remodel our current unit.
It was a nice place to live when Crawford ran it but cortland doesn't seem to care how long someone has lived in their apartment. They want more money.
New management is terrible. Overpricing these apartments because of recent fire.
