My wife and I have lived at Remington Station for 2 years and, under previous management, would have given it a five star review. However, under the new management, Courtland, things have changed. Courtland has come in and done some renovations which have jacked up rent prices and priced out current tenants (ours would go up $300 a month if we signed a new lease) and their renovations have caused great inconveniences (we had to get a tire plugged because the workers who re-did the roof left nails in the road, I had a pair of shoes ruined because those they hired to paint the building left a puddle of paint in the grass by our apartment, and they allowed their workers to enter our apartment without our knowledge or permission to change windows). This past week we had a leak in our ceiling which destroyed our mattresses. Denise, the property manager, will not communicate with us despite us being without a bed to sleep on. When the ceiling was cut open there was a lot of mold. Would highly encourage you to look at Silvertree or fairway lakes if youre looking in the Little Turtle area. Remington doesnt work with or communicate with their tenants when theres issues. For the price and service, there are much better apartment complexes in the Little Turtle area.
Would not recommend living here to antone, maintenance and leasing staff didnt listen to my concerns and now i have a cracked tub and water leaks, paint is terrible, parking terrible, damaged food from water leak, can't use spare bathroom. Overall this place sucks and i wish i wouldnt have signed the lease.
I am excited about the upgrades coming to the community. Its a safe and nice place to live. Im glad i chose to renew my lease.
Just moved here, and we are loving it. The management are very friendly maintainance very prompt and respectful of your home
Cortland partners has been awful to deal with, and I have actively discouraged friends from living in ANY of their communities after the experience I have had since they took over.
