they are very quick about repairs and issues and take pride in the community. Communication is prompt and clear with anything coming up we need to know. The staff is also very down to earth.

Very friendly residents & staff. Clean & well-maintained. Maintenance issues kept to a minimum, but when needed, they are prompt & efficient. Pet-friendly.

Very unkept inside the apartments no one stays their lease or longer than a year here. You will forever see a moving truck in these apartments. These are not luxury at all and you will be towed at least once living here because you get 1 spot per unit. Full of mold and patchwork. You can smell the foul mold soon as you walk into your unit. Crap management that is snarky, rude unprofessional and just plain out lies to get by daily. The owner should really examine Sarah the manager and they way she does business. She is a con artist 100% don't even bother calling here. Even when switching of the management they have years of work to fix all the issues she merely brushes off or completely ignores. Once your locked into the lease she treats you like trash! Thank God she has nice people to answer the phone!!!

Tried Calling for days, Nobody will answer the phone. So no way to get information on the apartments.

You can hear everything through the walls. Courtesy officer is a joke and creepy. Parking is terrible. Be ware of stranger danger I wont allow my kids out without a buddy as theyve been approached by passerby multiple time. Staff could care less and write their own reviews

Shoveling and snow removal could be better. The pool gate was broken towards the end of the season and didn't get fixed so we were only able to get pool access if someone was in the office and could let us in. I wish it would have been fixed right away.
