So far so good! I have lived here for almost two months now and I love it. It is a bit pricey, but Im a firm believer in you get what you pay for. It is quiet, the grounds are kept nice, and the office staff are friendly. When we first moved in, I thought the carpet smelled like dog pee (it IS very pet friendly, so these things happen) and they had cleaners come out the same week to retreat the carpet and it has been great since. They seem to address any maintenance issues right away. It is a good place to be for a few years before we are ready to buy a house. A lot to do around the area, beautiful place to live.
Some of the exterior building trim has not been painted in a while and the outside appearance is not as attractive as it was four years ago.
The staff is excellent, very accommodating. The facility states luxury, but, lacks what I think is luxury.
Great community! Anytime you have an issue, it is addressed promptly & fixed. The office staff is very friendly & always there to help you whenever needed. Yes, the apartments are a bit on the pricey side, but if you want quality, you have to pay for it. Very happy with the complex & management!
Before the new company took over I would have given the Preserves a good or excellent rating, but over the last couple of months the community has really went downhill. They are letting less than respectable citizens move in, the grass isn't getting cut as often, and the trash is also not being picked up as much as it needs to be. It used to be a great community to live in, but since the companies switched it is now becoming a trashy neighborhood and they also keep raising the rent.
