Lakota Lake Apartments

Worst place Ive ever lived. They raised the rent $125 my first year. Ive had three floods in my bathroom due to old pipes. The office staff is horrible. You ask to look at your lease, and they say they cant. No washer dryer hook up. They have a bundle for heat, water, etc, but you pay more than you should for it. Air conditioning units are ancient. They turn the heat on in October, and with warm days still in the year, you will sweat in your apartment. You have no control over the heat at all. It is way too expensive for the sketchy people living here, and no central heat and air. Keep looking- you were warned.

Apartment not same as what was seen online..... not worth the price

They are nice as can be when they want you to renew, but the office staff can be quite rude. The rent and fees (pet, water, etc.) increase every year, yet they do less and less to keep the property in good shape.

No washer/dryer hookups or covered parking. This are a must have and rent is to high for a 2 bedroom.

The most nastiest apartments ever dont ever fix anything dont care about the people renting from them apartments has bad mold that they try to just cover up with paint just horrible all the way around wouldnt recommend to anyone

I made an attempt to innquire; I was given a great tour. The lake is very open and inviting, lsundry sites in house, including the clubhouse and the swimming pool. The units are adequate; a lot of painting over existing features which makes the rooms look old and dated.
