There needs to be a "how are we doing" paper for residents. It could be great, but I have been here for two years and have witnessed some awful things, besides the horde of raccoons in the garbage outside my front door, and the grounds littered with trash.
I have been living here for 3 years. Some of the staff is rude, they act like they don't want to be bothered with any tenants. The buildings can be kept a bit more cleaner. Tenants are nasty, dirty and ghetto. I am in the process of moving out of this place! I would never recommend anyone to live here!
Properties are poorly kept. A pool you can't use. Rude leasingoffic es staff. Unruly tenants. Parking lots a mess bugs probems .
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
