I am a former resident. I loved living at River Run. I am not sure why there are some reviews that are low. They might be getting River Run in Warren, OH confused with another property. Either way, 1) The office staff is great with submitting work orders and answering any questions we had. 2) The management team has done a great job at cleaning up the property. They have done an amazing job at beautifying the property in only a year. The manager that handles rent payment is always nice, greeted us every time, and he would ask if everything was going good in our unit before we would leave the office. If not, a work order was made right there on the spot. 3) Maintenance is very professional and came in a timely manner. 4) Last but not least, I lived in 2 units throughout my tenancy. My 2 bedroom apartment was gorgeous with an open floor plan and double vanity in bathroom. My 3 bedroom townhouse was really spacious. It definitely served it's purpose and lived up to my expectations. If I didn't have to move for work, I would have continued living there! HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!

You will hear your neighbors, they will kick you out if you try to go month to month. We have never been able to keep all lights burning in all fixtures (anything that has more than one bulb will blow out at least one of the bulbs any time you put a new one in). You absolutely will hear the neighbors. Adults on motorcycles and kids on atvs ride through the neighborhood at all hours as loudly as possible. Ants every single year. Place is poorly and sloppily maintained. No idea why we lived here this long

Worst experience! Office manager completely unprofessional. Submitted application along with documents. Was told I needed to submit a money order for $350 to run my application. Turned that in them was told I needed another $35. I was then emailed saying they couldnt accept my documents for proof of income because they looked fraudulent. Im self employed. They asked for a W9 I submitted that. Said it wasnt good enough submitted bank statements said their corporate office wouldnt accept. Called their corporate office to find out why they never even submitted my application. They then send an email telling me they will submit still denies me and tells me they will mail my $350 in 30 days. Very discriminatory. Insinuating Im fraudulent because Im self employed and my income was 4Xs the requirement.

I wld not recommend living here. If u have a problem they dont fix it. N if they do they cause another problem. We had birds in are air vent. They did get them out. But they cause a bug problem and they never come in fixed the problem and its been 6 months now. Got all kinds of wood mites in my kitchen cupboards
