At first we had a bit of an issue with service requests, but Josh and Jeff at the office have really pulled through for us. We had a leak under the kitchen and they had someone come out within a half hour to repair it. Later they replace the board underneath. I recently dropped a necklace down the sink and couldn't fish it out, but Jeff came by and got it for me. Not only did he get the necklace out of the pipes, but he cleaned it off for me! I am so thankful to have such a great crew at Foxboro. I am an assistant community director at a different apartment complex in Fairborn and I have relatively high expectations because of that. Josh and Jeff haven't let me down yet!
I lived at this community for several years. The staff were friendly, the grounds well kept, maintenance issues resolved quickly. I had to leave rather suddenly for a family emergency and they were very accommodating despite my being mid-lease.
I was looking to recommend them to a friend and so looked them up and saw the only review was negative and felt I must speak up. What the other reviewer described was far from my own experience.
Do not rent from these guys. the apt. are overpriced. appliances are outdated. Our heater and water heater is constantly in need of repair, and when you call for a repair ti take them weeks. even in ann emergency situation. (water heater broke in the winter) it still takes them days to repair. The current lady working in the office is unproffessional and rude with a tone that belittles the tenant. the closets are always breaking and has almost fallen on my child several times. the walls are thin, and the ductwork that provides air and heat, run directly into the dirt, blowining up alot ao dust and mold. you cannot leave your personal item outside (bike, grill, ect...) as they are subject to theft or vandalism.
