    The community seems nice, I love the actual apartment -s the leasing agent was very knowledgeable but I do NOT like the amenities package that you HAVE to get. Its an additional $125 (I believe) and the included internet is very slow with basic cable. I also like the fact that dogs are not allowed, j just cant justify the additional $125

    Ive lived at Pebble Creek for 5 years. I wish there were more amenities and wish they gave a couple more days for the rent to be paid instead of the 2nd with a late fee of over $100. Other than that I like living here. Ill be moving soon to somewhere with lots of amenities.

    The apartments are beautiful however I did have an issue today. I am a visitor and today without any prior warning I was surprised to see they put a handicapped sign in front of my car during the afternoon while I was visiting. I guess I'm lucky it didn't cost me a fine
