Close to work. Friendliness of the people in the office.
The apartment is a large, open space with many windows for natural light.
Secure. Well maintained. Staff generally responsive to requests and concerns.
The Pros: Great office staff, timely maintenance, beautiful landscaping which is well maintained, sidewalks shoveled and salted before I even wake up in the morning. Beautiful apartment exteriors, maintained hallways which are cleaned on a regular basis. Respectful neighbors. The Cons: Dated and minimal exercise equipment. Pool is advertised as being a heated pool, yet the heat has never been on when I have used it; making the water too frigid to enjoy.
Apartment space is nice, quiet, comfortable and clean. I feel quality when I return from work each day which is important to have after a day's work that it is all worth it.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
