Maintainence is very nasty and wont fix anything. The office doesnt answer the question phone and when they do, they dont make maintenance fix anything. Calling Corporate doesnt help anything. Currently in the process of trying to escrow my rent until they fix the window that has been off track since I moved in.

Maintenance will not fix anything. What you move into is what you'll be stuck with until you move out. I'm having electrical problems, windows that won't close all the way, broken screens, bugs because of the broken windows and screens.
