have to complete my lease at Executive towers just moved here a couple of months ago and I hate it
Via their website I submitted my contact info. on a Sunday, which meant their leasing consultant would respond to my email. Monday morning I had some time to call the office and the woman who answered sounded rushed and told me she would call me later; took my number. After never hearing back from her, I called again on Tuesday after I got off work and left a message. During my lunch break on Wednesday I called and same woman answered. She said she was busy and asked for my number to call me back, although I'd already given her my number twice. I told her I just had a couple of questions. She said she had someone standing infront of her so I asked her my 1 most important question, which was a yes or no question, and she answered, and we said goodbye. I felt blown off, like she didn't have time for me. I'm looking to move and have made several phone calls to other managers and none of them have done what she did. Even if this place met all my requirements, I wouldn't move in because of the way my needs were handled.

This management has gradually gone downhill over the past 3-4 years. They care less and less for the appearance and take no pride in the pool. Its filthy, and rarely filtered. They hold the pool over their tenants heads like its some bargaining chip, when in fact, it was a listed amenity when we signed our lease. For example, its the 4th of July.....90+ degrees, sunny.....and yep, pool is closed. Theres no basketball court/tennis court. No playground. Do your research....and avoid this place if possible!
The basketball court has no hoops, the restrictions on the pool make it impossible for people with a regular 9-5 job to use the pool. . You can only use the pool when the office is open on weekdays 8-5, and kids under 14 need parent.
The playground is a broken swing set.
They refuse to replace appliances that are barely working*i have to run the dryer on two 80 minutes cycles to get a small load dry.*
other tenants dont pick up after their dogs so if you have small children they cant play in the grass.
