I currently live in the park. This park has gone down hill, the management is partial to moving trash in lately. The properties are going down hill and the maintenance man tags people like me who always fixes things in a timely manner and keeps up with my trailer needs, but allows numerous trailers to use sheets to cover windows. Even a tarp that has been over a trailer for over a year. Or recently tagged my yard which is maintained on a regular, but allows over grown bushes and unkempt lawns in other areas. There are at least 4 pit bulls living within the park and the owner lives in the park. The owner seems to allow anyone that breathes to move in. Children that run loose and disrupt other people property's and adults who sell drugs and don't care what the Children are doing. Used to be a well maintained, safe place to live. Now due to the tolerance for riff raff 911 is called to the park often.

Very peaceful and clean community. The grounds are always kept up nice and litter free. The residents seem to be friendly and the office staff (management) has always been friendly and helpful.
