Worth the rent! Perfect location, safe, and peaceful with pine trees all around. Upgraded outdoor lighting and signage. Replaced all my windows that had broken seals. 24-Hour maintenance pounces on work orders and fixes things properly! Staff is sweet, professional, and keeps things running smooth. You can have a total of two pets. So you can have 2 cats, or 2 dogs, or one of each. Lots of grassy areas, poo stations with bags, and sidewalks for your pet. Been here 2 years and and love it!

Living at Westridge Apartments has personally been a very pleasant experience for me. The apartments are spacious and the grounds are very well kept. The location is in very convenient spot as it right in the middle of several grocery stores and just a short walk away from the Toledo Botanical Gardens. Maintenance and the staff are very responsive and do their best to solve any issues that happen to arise. All in all a very nice place to live.

The complex is in a great area close to shopping and restaurants and you have the Toledo Botanical Gardens right next to you. The complex is well maintained outside and inside. Office staff is nice and anytime weve had an issues with something they resolve it quickly. My only issue is the rent is a little on the higher side and you only have one washer and dryer per unit. Otherwise its a good place to live!

It's also walking distance from the botanical gardens and down the street from Wildwood Park. Which is great because I am avid walker and it's great to wear out the kids. Maintenance is fantastic only need them once and they were on top of it. The ladies in the office were very nice and helpful, they made me feel very welcome. Overall, I am happy with my choice.

Ive lived here going on 3 year and for the most part I am pleased. The place is over priced but nice area and conveniently located by anything you need. Management is nice, the maintenance guy Shawn is really helpful as well as the new lady they hired.

New management does not do what they say they are going to do. Used to be a nice place to live, but now all they care about is money,not the people who live here.
