The space in these apartments for the price is unbeatable but the staff- well you get what you pay for. Maintenance requests go ignored for days and even if you do somehow manage to get a work order put in, it's not like you'll see anyone coming to fix anything anytime soon. When you ask the staff about the status of your work order, you never seem to be able to get a straight answer. The apartment is spacious and structurally sound but I would strongly advise against living here unless you enjoy paying to live somewhere with faulty appliances, unresponsive staff and nonexistent maintenance workers.

Would never recommed living at Hawthone Hills to anyone! The grounds are unkept, dumpsters always overflowing which leads to trash everywhere around the dumpsters. The hallways have a musty smell from it leaking everytime it rains. The pool is never open, usually they don't get it up and running until almost the end of summer. Office promises you one thing and doesn't come through on fixing things. For the high price you Pay in rent here for the location, this should be a really Nice apartment complex That is well maintaned!
