    I just moved into my new townhouse and I LOVE it! The price for the size is great and I could not find another home for the value. There are so many upgrades taking place on the property with Kwapich Real Estate, the new owners. I cannot wait to see the results when all the construction is completed. The office staff are just wonderful and go the extra step to make me feel at home. Thank You!

    Great place to live!! Great office staff and maintenance always takes care of maintenance issues quick. Highly recommend.

    Cannot wait to move out. I have two nice balconies, cant use though because the sliding doors are on backwards and do not work well. Raising the rent by about $100, also Apartment was far from move in ready when I moved in a year ago. Walls are thin and hallways smell. There are no thermostats so I had ti buy a thermometer to watch the temp in the winter and these wall electric heaters are super old and sketchy. Maintenance does get things fixed though.

    Sorry I wouldn't pay that much.. I lived there years ago when it was Swissaire.. and it has a pool . Looking at the pics... Not much has changed.. looks the same.. you could have at least put in central for that price .

    The Maintenance is a nightmare. I have lived here for 22 years and they have yet to fix my sliding door and bathroom fixtures. I have had many times floods from the apartment upstairs. They nickel and dime you on everything. They charge for storage, pets, water.
