It looks nice at first glance, but the "remodeling" was definitely done in a hurry and really turned out to be a terrible place to live. Don't try leaving either, because you won't get your security deposit back and they will charge you extraneous fees.
I truly wish I could give this place less than one star. The washer and dryer in my building have been broken several times and I've had to wait up to 3 weeks for repairs to be done. During the first 6 months of my lease, the downstairs door didn't lock at all, so absolutely everybody and their mother had access into my building. I physically see drug deals going on right outside at least twice a week. We have 1 barely functional and outdated window AC unit that's supposed to cool the entire 2 bedroom apartment (I have the master bedroom and even with both windows open, ceiling fan on, and two additional fans my room was still about 85-90 degrees) This is a VERY high crime area, in my building alone there have been several break ins and mail frequently gets stolen and mailboxes broken. My neighbors car was keyed and his tires were slashed. My keys have been stolen and I've had to have my apartment locks changed 6 times in the year, 3 because of break ins and 3 because maintenance is incompetent and gave us a BROKEN LOCK and then once that was replaced, the guy comes back and knocks on our door asking if he left his keys in our apartment. He lost his ring of keys, with our apartment key on it, and then that very night our apartment was broken into and one of my pets was killed. The neighbors across the courtyard have kids who constantly scream and run around getting into stuff. The office staff constantly tells us different things and the second there's any sort of confrontation or an issue, the property manager finds a way to ditch out of the conversation. I'm pretty sure you get the general idea now, this place is trash and I wouldn't make my worst enemy live here.
I haven't visited yet but they contacted me right away. Have an appointment set
No communication from listing agents. Was looking into a 3 bedroom unit
More parking and a pool. Central air in the apartments
