Know that they are in the business of making money and will try to do everything they can to get more out of you. There is a reason why they only have 2.5 stars. Here is our experience: We lived at Steeplechase for 3 months and 3 weeks before out lease expired we asked to stay longer. We couldn't stay in the same apt so they made us pay $300 dollars to apply for another one. Then I sent in my application with the move-in date of 3/21 (it was put on the application. Cassie (the leasing professional) then emails me asking what date I wanted the move in to be. By the time I got back to her saying I wanted the date I put on the application (bc prices change by the day) it was after hours and she no longer could approve it before the move in date meaning we had to pay $155 dollars more in rent because she didn't just do what was requested on the application and delayed it with a unnecessary (although it was necessary for them to get $155 more dollars) email. Now they are refusing to honor the price that we would have gotten for the apt if the people in the leasing office wouldn't have delayed the proccess. The only benefit is they offer 2 month leases. But even that is not worth us giving any more money to them.

this is the best apartment ive ever lived in. very clean. very nice all around. rochelle kramer is a big part of that. shes always there when you need help or questions.
