I have lived here almost two years. I have never had a memeber of the managment team be rude to me. Yasmin is awesome she has always been very nice and greets everyone with a smile. The unit I live in is very well maintained. If I have that once in awhile maitnance need they are very timely and respectful of my things. When my apartment burned down at the Woodlands I was referred here and while life was rocky at the time managment did a great job helping me regain stability. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a positive and professional team to lease from.

Being a military family means we have been moved around a lot, also means we have lived in many different places. 3 years ago, we moved in the condos Spring Hollow rents. I can honestly tell you this is the WORST place my family and I have ever lived in. And it is not because of the condo itself. I did really like the condo we lived in. Despite them being older buildings, everything inside is a good size, from the kitchen to the bedrooms. The problem lies with the people who work in operating Spring Hollow Apts. Ill start with the office personal, they are friendly until they realize youve called to report any issue, then they talk to you like they are absolutely inconvenienced by your call. They arent very good at listening to you while you explain the problem and theyre very quick about getting you off the phone. And that is if you can get them to even answer the phone. Many times I have called and no one will pick up the phone. Sometimes I would have to make multiple calls throughout the day just for someone to answer. I do understand at times there is one person in the office, however that phone is always ringing, there needs to be someone to answer phone calls alone. Then there is the maintenance staff, the true problem. Not only do you have to put up with the rudeness of the office staff, then you have to wait on when they decide to come service whatever issue has been reported and they have no clue what they are doing. We were always sent the same two guys and they never could fix the problem the first time. Multiple calls had to be made on several issues.
As they are older homes, we do understand that there are bound to be issues, however if they are not going to put in money in renovations so there arent so many issues then the staff hired needs to be better at servicing.
We probably would have enjoyed living in the condo had it not had so many problems with it. If you want to live in a place that doesnt require that much hassle, dont move here.

Honestly if I could give this property a 0 I would. Where to begin...we have lived here for 3 or so years and have seen it rapidly decline. The maintenance workers are extremely nice but have way to much work load per employee. We have had several issues with our ceiling crumbling away, our air conditioning going out, the dumpsters have so much overflow trash it is ridiculous, to our fridge and freezer going out 3 times and the maintenace workers trying to fix it but failed , to our furnace going out and being told that there was nothing they could do until our temperature reached below 60(in the winter), our dishwasher was repaired incorrectly and was causing water to go into the flooring. We asked several times that the damaged floor be replaced and finally the previous manager Alexandria white did have someone come out. But the company they hired to lay the vinyl completed the job horribly! The vinyl was coming up all over the floor and the company hired was told they had to come out to relay it. They refused until the management replaced and leveled the kitchen flooring. I was told by Ms white that she would have maintenance out to replace it. That never happened. During this time frame I realized we never signed a new lease and being sick and tired of dealing with their nonsense, put in my 60 day notice per our prior lease. I was told I couldn't bc they resigned me and i argued that it does not say that in my previous lease and they were not legally allowed to do that. Of course they stated someone would call me regarding it and never returned my call. That brings me to today. I stopped in to the office to ask how much my last 7 day pro rated rent amount would be and diamond stated that they resigned me automatically into another year lease (I am pretty sure she is the same person who tried to tell me this last time). No where in my previous lease does it state that. Horrible!
