I love all the changes here since the new owners have taken over. Yes, it is a bit of dust but what great project doesn't have to go through construction before the vision is realized. Hope and Taylor are just a pleasure and they take the time to answer all my questions. I cannot wait for the new office and community room. Thank you for having the vision to upgrade this community! To it's full potential.

Lived here for 3 years so I witnessed the transition from private to corporate and it's horrible! They hike the rent and make minor changes. They only care about their bottom line, not the residents. They fire property managers when they have an ounce of humanity for the residents. I'd take the private owners over corporate management anyway.

They said theyre installing locks on our building entry doors on Friday the 16th and wed be able to get keys for them any time this week to get a key. Well they instead installed the locks on friday the the 9th, the same day as leaving the note on our door about the locks. My girlfriend took our trash out and the doors Locked behind her. She was locked out of our apartment for 3 hours with no phone with our kid inside and no other apartments answering their intercoms to let her in. Last straw for me. Go else where. The constant loud music and trash in the parking lot was tolerable but this was the last straw.

From what I see, its in a perfect location. Hard wood floors are a plus.
