Not healthy for anyone,poor maintaince,lack of true accounting.poot record keeping,false charges out if greed.Units in poor condition for rent amount.Lack of accountabilty of Adults and kids.No security at all.poor lighting,Mold in units,odors from crawl spaces that come in unit.Uncaring management company and staff.poor office office hours..Falsely advertising good homes when clearly outdated and need upgraded.Do Not Recommend this Complex..I gave one star out if generosity..regret ever being there..They don't return security deposit.they lie amount to save themselves from returning money.Poor record keeping, they send false stateme nts 6 months after you move.they use people and take advantage of people.Dont waste your hard earned money on this poor property.

Have not received my Security deposit yet..No notice or letter or answer as to why.. You got your rent faithfully.Please do right.dend our security Deposit former tenant #67 moved December 5 2022.a reply would be decent.TY

Management doesn't care about anything. The apartments are falling apart and maintenance is a joke. Our dishwasher didn't work for the first two months and the bath tub is cracked and has been painted over to hide it. No one cleans up after their dogs or has them on leashes. Trash is everywhere. We've had our cars broken into twice in the last 4 months. Domestic violence is a regular occurrence. Cops are there often. If you have other options don't move here.

I think I could enjoy living there, everything looks so nice and clean and I love the fact that there is a balcony for every apartment. also the size is really nice.

I have lived here for 3 months now and the boiler has gone out many times, so i never know when i will have hot water. The manager is never in the office. However The maintenance is awesome keeps the grounds very clean and fixes any problem in a timely manner.. Rent is going up again and will have to pay water as well
