STAY AWAY, THESE PEOPLE ARE TERRIBLE. THEY DO NOT FIX PROBLEMS THEY PATCH THEM AND MOLD IS REAL IN THIS PLACE. THEY ASK $900 FOR TOWNHOMES AND THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES TELL THE TENANTS HOW BAD FOUNDATION IS AND ALL THE PROBLEMS BEFORE THEY PURCHASED AND STILL HAVE. HEATHER AND JIM ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO SAY THE LEAST. IF YOU HAVE COMMON SENSE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT... DO NOT COME HERE, THEY WILL TELL YOU TO LEAVE IF YOUR UNHAPPY INSTEAD OF TAKING CARE OF THE ACTUAL PROBLEM...
