Kings Cove/Pines And Hampton Place

I went to this property when I 1st started looking for an apt in Toledo I knocked on the door of the rental office the manager was working on paperwork she seemed Very irritated that I had come I'm guessing because I had no appointment anyway she rushed me out of there with a very curt attitude about a month later this very same lady emailed me in response to an email that I'd completely forgotten I had sent to that property when I reminded her of the day that I visited the property she all but called me a Liar... I described to her exactly what happened told her the address of the place to which she was Shocked that I had along with her contact # for the property finally she @ least acknowledged it. I let her know I Never Ever want to have anything to do with her or that property this was the 1st horrible experience I had but I can't let that deter me unfortunately I had not learned to check Reviews of apartments for rent until after that happened but I will never forget to research several avenues before committing to any place. Just goes to show you never know what kind of day a person is having until they open their mouth. I got an ear full that day and learned a lot Thanks for asking about my experience. I think Truth is still a good quality to have along with integrity, unfortunately not everyone feels that way.

I've lived here for three years and I love it here it's always clean and well-kept and the staff is very friendly and helpful I would recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay

They emailed me back fast but the time im looking for an appartment is to far in advance. They told me to try back a month before. Looking around april.

I love this place, maintenence will be over with in the hour. The managers are friendly and helpful. The pool is beautiful and clean. There's at least a dozen each of washers and dryers, so no waiting.
