I have lived at this complex for 25 years and am very happy here. It's like you live in a park setting. If you like to take walks you can walk around the grounds and not even leave the property. They respond and fix anything you call about in a timely fashion! I feel very safe here. I highly recommend this complex.

The apt tour was very nice.

Make sure you record or have a witness when you talk to them. They will charge you for everything including light bulb in their kitchen units. They had to pull up the carpet to fix the sub floor and now they are trying to charge us to replace the carpet. Check out my post in the BBB Toledo. They also paint the kitchen cabinets with a paint that does not dry and remains sticky, so you cant put shelf paper done, if you do they charge you for repainting. If you are just looking for a place to live fine but you dont mind being charged for everything. Warning

Beware !!!!!!when you rent from this complex you are told your responsible for UTILITIES and to get lights in your name but a month later you receive a bill stating your responsible for gas & water! The leasing agent is very condescending and tries to make you feel like your trying to live free of charge! Instead of explaining thoroughly! And not just stating you signed you were told! Very misleading! They should let the tenant know verbally and in the lease that you will receive a separate bill oh waite that would be telling all details and they want you to just fill vacancies! Cant wait til lease is up!
