Many outside balconies were cluttered with old debri and not pristine for curbside drive-by. Maybe better on other side of building - south.

Love the size of the apartment. Living room dining room & bedroom are very spacious. Disappointed that the washer & dryer hook up is no longer functional. But now it makes a nice storage space. (I'd rather have my own washer & dryer though.) Also disappointed that my income has to be three times the amount of the rent. In spite of it all, I'd still want to live here.

What is your credit score limit. And deposit requirement along with application fee when and how far in advance can this be paid

I was a former resident there before. I will not be moving until late Oct. So I was interested in acquiring a 2 bedroom at that time. I am hoping that there will be one available at that time. Waiting for your feedback. Thank you

The complex is real solid and has everything I'm looking for - the staff is helpful and very accomodating.
