Five Points Courtyard Apartments

My son who is disabled lived there for five years . Refused to do anything about bad carpeting! Moved out in December and he received a bill for repainting living room and replacing carpet in bedroom. Also charged him 26.50 for two broken plastic outlet covers that cost $1.00 to replace. every apartment I have rented repainted before new tenants moved in with no charge to tenant moving out! Just trying to rip people off!!! Find another place to live!!!

When I first moved in 3 years ago everything was great I loved this place. Maintenance was fairly quick to fix minor issue that I have had. Currently this new management is completely horrible doesn't care about any problems that you have all they want is the rent money. They don't pick up the random garbage that is blowing around, they don't tow vehicles anymore that don't belong here which causes me to park far away from my building which I shouldn't have too, rarely come and sweep the hallways anymore so the hallways in the buildings are disgusting. I have currently been dealing with a leak in my living room ceiling for 3 months! Still not fixed and it keeps getting worse. They have been out about 4 times. Last time they had roofers come out which all they did was replace some shingles like that was going to fix the problem. So I can't even enjoy my apartment I'm constantly worried about my belongs getting ruined. I have a bunch of towels down and 2 buckets under the hole in my ceiling couch is right up against my TV because of the leak. Asked last week again when they were coming out they said next week guess what it is next week and still nothing. I will be moving out if this continues. 3 months been dealing with this ridiculous.

Horrible place to live. Residents are nasty and management does not care

ThIs is a wonderful place to live at been here for years and never had a problem until they hired a new property manager she is very unprofessional doesnt no how to communicate with her tenants very unprofessional. Dont call about a problem in your building because you will get some type of warning on your door knob dont know what happened But we need Ms Deb. Back because this new one is going to make everyone move out if she cant keep communication with her tenants on a professional level! So if your a tenant please write comments so that the owners can see what time of person that put in charge to run our apartments. Thank you.
