I love my new home the carpet is fresh,the floors are nice,there is only one thing the bathroom only has one rack to hang towels,everything is nice..I love it

My experience was great! I love my apartment. I hate the stink bugs. I was on the 3rd floor. Maintenance is a 5 start to me. Any time I had a problem they were on point. I dislike the OM. But the works in the office was amazing. Jennifer was my fav. Be careful when you renew your lease. Ypu have a time limite from when they send you a letter to re lease. I's a 12 m, 14m, and a 16 month plan. The 16 month plan will always be cheaper. If you renew it on time. Thats the only thing I disliked about the office. I was paying for a 2 bedroom for $779. I missed the mark to renew my lease - even though my lease wasn't over until a month in a half. Now for the same 2 bedroom I'm paying $819.

I really enjoyed living here! I liked my apartment because it was more modern than all the other ones I looked at. I like that they were pet friendly and let my husky live there. I had to move due to a job transfer, but I would definitely recommend to a friend.

SUCK !! I wish that a lease was never signed. They make it look good but it does not ... 1) The front office or Lease DO NOT GIVE YOU A CORPORATE OFFICE NAME OR PHONE # 2) You have to call a 1-800 phone# that connects you to THE PHILIPPINES BEFORE YOU WILL GET ANY KIND of what they say is so called on sight maintenance or staff. 3) If yo live on one side of the building on the 1st floor and someone on the other side , on the 3rd gets company to buzz in ... YOU WILL HEAR IT !!! GET READY TO BE WOKE UP AT ALL TIMES OF DAY OR NIGHT.

Where do I even begin... I have lived here for over 10 years so I know almost everything about this apartment and the area. When the Swanie's owned it, they tried their best to care for it but I think it was just so large and not enough staff or time. Since Arbor took over they are an OUTSTANDING team!!!! This company really knows how to run an apartment complex, especially for how large of a property this is. The office staff is always so helpful and maintenance is great as well! They have recently started putting new landscaping around which has made the area beautiful, and they also installed security cameras. This area which once wasn't the best is turning around faster than I ever imagined! We now have a great mix of many ages living here. A lot of students, and families. I love seeing my neighbors walking their dogs or taking their children for walks and bike rides. Don't waste your time even looking anywhere else, because you will not find the price and updates as affordable as they are here. As for people complaining about bugs and mice...I NEVER have issues with this.
