Andover Apartments

Feels like home. Literally when I viewed a apartment the office ladies were so sweet and welcoming. The apartment was adorable. It felt like home updates modern feel with a quiet, surrounding verse some louder apartment I've viewed! Hopefully they approve my application.

The representative at Andover has been awesome! Very attentive and accommodating and in a weeks time we're all set and moving in at the end of the month. Thank you Tyra, you are amazing.

This apartment complex is a below average place. I live on the first floor and my apartment has flooded 4 times and I am not even close to done with my 12 month lease. Maintenance is extremely behind on fixing things and the leasing department puts you off quite a bit whenever you need something. The laundry room is constantly dirty with the washers and dryers not properly doing their job. I know that the price makes this place seem okay but it truly is not worth it with all the problems that come with it.

Looks promising and updated

I currently live in this apartment complex and it is always one problem after another here. The staff is also very unhelpful and does not care much for any of your feelings. I have a dog and it is 0% pet friendly considering there is always trash left all over the ground and no one else picks up after their dog and no matter what you say nothing changes and no one is held accountable. Today really bugged me when I wasnt just simply made aware of workers replacing carpet in the hallways and I tried to take my dog out but I could not due to there being nails sticking out of the ground. If they simply would communicate with residents on things like this I could have planned to take the dog out prior to the work beginning, even though I would have had to miss my virtual job that I couldnt hear anyways. Overall there are constantly people running around above our apartment and being extremely loud. There are water stains on the ceiling from the people above probably overflowing their bath. We have put in multiple maintenance requests and have not once had anyone come to fix anything that we were told they would. If it rains, our living room floor gets soaked because of how terribly built this building is. But like I said no one ever came for the multiple requests we put in for maintenance. I could go on for hours about the other things that we have had trouble with in this place. I would have rather lived anywhere else. They hav been sketchy from the beginning and I would passionately recommend against even thinking about living here.

I couldn't wait to leave this place when my lease was over. The price was decent for the space except my windows leaked and the hallways always was trashed by neighbors and smelled no matter how often they got cleaned. The people in the building by the office was always talking about being flooded. The manager blamed you for everything and I seen 8 people come and go in the office before I left. The maintenance guy in the van was good and was there my hole year. He may have been the only constant. Dont live somewhere that treats NOBODY like a human.

Old maintenance is bad, new guy named Mike is great !! Came and did any work he could !!

The gentleman on the crew are great! & just that perfect gentleman! Very polite when they visit on time! Go above and beyond to accommodate my needs! When they say end of business day they mean that! I also went had to run an errand just around the corner and they called me to ask if I walked they were going to wait and make sure I got home safe and didn’t want to leave my apartment unlocked. Very kind crew!

It's been a long 6 years here in andover I did not have the best experience with maintenance or management when I first moved in here nothing was getting done about my maintenance issues.Since they have changed maintenance men and management I see such a huge change from the flood issues getting taken care of ,all maintenance issues have been resolved very friendly staff and even got the pool open this year !!!! Thank you so much to the management and special shout-out to the maintenance guys for keeping their word and bringing my apartment up to code !!!!

Units are nice and spacious, Office staff has been great, and maintenance has really stepped it up. Not much to complain about.

I just want to thank Jason in Maintenance for handling a front door lock issue making me feel safe and secure. You and your team rock Jason
