A few years ago I would have given an excellent rating, but things have gone downhill in the last 2 years.
The complex is kept clean, landscaped, and usually well lighted at night. All repairs I have needed were done timely and professionally. Management is very helpful and friendly.
They respond extremely quickly to maintenance requests (usually within one day). The manager and office staff are very friendly and approachable. The community is calm and feels very safe.
