    I have lived at The Colony @ N. McCord for five and a half years. I appreciate how responsive the management team is. The grass is cut weekly and the snow removed and driveway salted every snowfall. Maintenance is performed every spring and fall (New filters and and batteries for smoke detectors) and carpets cleaned when needed. It is located near the library, stores, and access to the expressway. One of the many things I appreciate is the attached garage that allows me to drive in and enter directly into my space.

    I Have been. A resident of The Colony for several years and am very happy here.The Kitchen has everything one would need, both bathrooms are very adequate also. The dining space and living room area are very adequate. I love the patio and am able to have flowers and bird feeders out there. The maintenance staff is very knowledgeable and handy, with their response time quite speedily. You should check us out and perhaps you will be as happy here as many of us are.

    We have lived here since last September and are very satisfied with everything regarding the our life here. Hope to stay here for a very long time.

    Went to Fallen Timbers property to see. Nothing available to see at McCord Rd location. Loved the layout and location on McCord Rd
