    Nice clean property. Upkeep is great. Management is friendly and take time to make sure residents are happy.

    We had the pleasure of staying at Sunbury Point for roughly 7 months (Sept-Feb) while we built our new home. Right from the start, the apartment complex and its management team were extremely welcoming and put off good vibes. The common areas including gym and pool are meticulously maintained, the apartments are spacious and the staff is extremely friendly and go out of their way to help you out. Our three kids loved going with us to the Clubhouse regularly to grab coffee/hot chocolate with us and say hi to Adam, Nathan or whoever was managing the desk that day. While the apartments themselves are nice, it truly is the people and the support you receive while living there that sets this place apart from any other complex Ive lived in. As an added bonus, the complex is set in a perfect location walking distance from shopping center, school and parks making it very family-friendly. Cons: -Parking was sometimes an issue especially with stay-in-home orders in effect but not sure if that will be case post-COVID. -Rent did increase the last month we lived there quite considerably Overall recommendation - 9.5/10

    We love Sunbury Pointe! Adam & Nathan are so friendly and helpful! They happily answered all our questions! Great location walkable to numerous stores & restaurants! The apartment is spacious, updated and clean! Neighbors are so friendly! Nice clubhouse with Starbucks coffee and workout room! Looking forward to the pool this summer! We definitely recommend Sunbury Pointe!

    Adam & the Sunbury Point Apartment team are stellar! Professional and personable. Great to work with while we were apartment hunting and great to work with now that were here. The apartments themselves are laid out very nicely with not much wasted space. Ample closets and in great condition. Were grateful to be residents.

    Adam was quick to respond to my inquiry about the apartments, got me in that same day for a tour and was sold on the place immediately. A bunch of wonderful features and amenities in the apartment! The team here was fantastic to work with and would recommend anyone to live here!
