The folks that run Royalton Greens are fantastic to deal with. They constantly strive to make everyone feel at home !

I enjoyed the tour and your office personnel were great. I do wish you had garage doors.

This is a lousy place to live. The rent maybe cheap but they'll leave you stranded in a snowstorm with the parking lot not plowed sidewalks not shoveled. Today's snow storm the elderly can't even open the front doors of the apartment complex buildings. Not one employee is on property doing their job. If you move in here I would suggest to buy your own plow and shovel and to have your own maintenance guys. On top of all the other problems I've had here with fees and lies and people not doing their job I would highly suggest living elsewhere

Office staff is very friendly. Anytime we've had to call for maintenance the work order is completed fast (usually by the next business day).

It's rare to find a community where the staff genuinely cares. Not just about resident needs but for the residents. When I got a flat tire, without hesitation, I was offered a lift to go pick up my car. I enjoy running into the friendly staff here! The buildings are also remarkably quiet. Many of the ambient noises found in other apartments are not present here.

The ladies in the office have made us feel welcome since day 1 of our moving process. They always know our names, our pets names and our children's names. The maintenance people arrive quickly if you ever have an issue and are courteous and efficient. There have been many updates made to our apartment unit while we have lived here and before we moved in including reglazing the tub and installing new laminate flooring.
