Polo Club Apartments have well-equipped gym and nice swimming pool, the apartment itself really spacious and has new facilities, washer and dryer in unit and finishing inside the house is quite fresh.
Living there isn't the problem, moving out is. They will hit you with imaginary fees and charges for damages that are non-existent and outrageous. The staff could use a customer service 101 course except for Chris. She was always attentive, professional and responsive other than that call corporate. Fight against the fees if you can, they will come upon move out.
I HAVE CALLED 14 TIMES IN 4 DAYS AND NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE..WOULD NOT LIVE HERE IF IT WAS FREE. HOW COULD I GET A HOLD OF ANY ONE IF I NEEDED THEM
MANAGEMENT was condescending and didnt deal with us in a forthright manner. My husband and I were given a complete run around with the terms on our rental application. We spoke to Lela, who originally told us we were all set to move into the apartment But then, she went on vacation seven days before our move-in. Five days before we were set to move, we got a call from someone new at the office saying C (mgr.) had told her to call us to tell us that the ONLY way we could move in is if we paid our lease IN FULL BEFORE WE MOVE IN!!! (Mind you, we have great credit and NO debt!) We thought it was absurd that they wanted us to pay our lease in full and did not understand why! I asked for C to call me, since she is the manager and the one who told this new lady to call us in the first place. She then said C was out of the office for the rest of the day, and assured us that she would call us as soon as she got in the next morning. Four days before move in....C never called, so I called her at noon. She reiterated that we NEEDED TO PAY OUR LEASE IN FULL if we wanted to live there. We APPLIED for a lease with a MONTHLY rate (NOT paying it up front), and thats what Lela told us we were all set with, before she left for vaca. We then asked for our application fee to be refunded, since they cannot honor the terms that we had originally applied for on our application. C then told me that she could not refund our application as that is a corporate policy: BUT ISNT IT A CORPORATE POLICY TO HONOR THE ORIGINAL TERMS OF AN APPLICATION & LEASE? I contacted Lisa, GMSs regional manager, and left a message detailing the situation. Hopefully she listens to the phone calls, that are allegedly recorded for quality assurance, and is the voice of reason, and returns my call. P.S. We did not like being called terms such as sweetheart and honey during business phone calls: it is NOT professional.
POLO CLUB ....I was so impressed with Lela and everyone in the leasing office before we even moved in, and now that we are actually living in the Polo Club , the owners ,management and custodial workers take care of this property is above and beyond anything I ever expected :) AND THE APARTMENT !!!! It is absolutely amazing.. All of the finishes are so beautiful:))) Lela was amazing ! She is very detailed , attentive and really listened to any little thing I mentioned:)
We are so so happy to be here... we truly feel like we are living in the lap of apartment luxury:) pretty positive we will be here a while :)
