Hunters Hollow

I recently toured Hunters Hollow and was very impressed with the customer service and the community. They answered all of my questions! I especially loved how private and scenic it was for being in Strongsville. Its very close to everything! I recommend checking it out!

So I just took a tour and Jen was great, she's a keeper. I was very impressed, loved the lake.

I received an email from you stating that my request was sent on to Hunters Hollow but they never responded to my request.

Overall I am satisfied. I still have an ongoing issue with my window blinds. Especially in the bedroom. The blinds operate properly but the are warped and do not close all of the way. Hard to deal with people being able to see into my apartment at night when the lights are on.

A tenant moved out during a Holiday weekend and over-stuffed the garbage receptacle. I am handicapped and had garbage to throw away and placed it on top of the garbage. I have been fined $25.00 for violation of my lease and told that I should have found an empty garbage receptacle to place my garbage in. I was told that it did not matter that I was handicapped and therefor I should have dragged the dripping garbage somewhere else. I had a stroke and use a cane to walk.

Maintenance and Customer service was not acceptable. Detailed comments and letters were sent to Goldburg Corp office. Corp. never responded. They forwarded my letters back to the property manager.
