It's a different office manager every time you call or visit the office.
It takes NUMEROUS phone calls to get anything fixed. They just plain don't show up..,ever, unless you call and call and call. It literally got to the point where I KNEW maintenance wasn't coming when they said they would. It was comical. I could bank on them not showing up. Anything you communicate to the office and anything the office commits to do is instantly forgotten.
for the most part, I feel safe and comfortable. close to work and highway.
