Shady Lake Apartments

I have lived here 3 years. The property is very quiet, the scenery is beautiful, and my neighbours are great. The rental office staff is always professional and helpful. Highly recommended.

I just moved in a couple months ago. I have great neighbors and the property is well maintained. Staff and maintenance has been prompt!

Maintenance is terrible, they only fix things when someone moves out and the apartments are empty. Maintenance request are ignored it it takes multiple calls do get anything repaired if it ever gets done.

I love this place. But wish more could be done for people stayed for 2yrs or more.

We have lived at a few rentals in the area. Shady Lake is by far my favorite. From the excellent staff to the friendly neighbors everywhere you look this place says home! The ponds attract the cutest ducks, lots of land to walk your dog, the apartment itself is nicely painted, kept up-to-date and there is minimal noise from neighbors or the surrounding area! It is also located so close to everything!

The staff is so helpful and kind! Maintenance is very quick to calls!

I moved here May 1st of this year, and I am absolutely loving it! The neighborhood is very friendly and quiet, and conveniently located to all your shopping needs. A wonderful atmosphere for all who are interested and enjoy spacious settings. It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for, and been missing! You’ll also love their maintenance team. Their response time is great! Nick is the sweetest! My experience with leasing staff was exceptional. They are very professional, friendly, answered all my questions and made the overall process easy. I especially loved their “Welcome” gift. I highly recommend Shady Lake Apartments!

I’ve lived here since October. I’m very happy with my decision to move here after selling my home. The staff is super friendly and respond in a timely fashion. The apartment is spacious and lots of closet space. I feel right at home.

I lived here for a year and was really happy with the office staff and the property management. We moved because we purchased a home. We rented a newly remodeled 2 bedroom and the finishes were modern and higher-end, I was pleasantly surprised. The building we lived in was very quiet and the neighbors were all kind and pleasant. Every time we needed a maintenance call (rarely) they were very responsive and helpful. The ladies in the office were professional and helpful, and we did not have any hiccups in the move in/move out process and even received our entire security deposit back 👍🏽 You’re close to lots of shopping/restaurants, and I will also say the property is METICULOUSLY maintained. The landscaping, siding, doors, windows, parking lots, lighting, etc, are constantly cleaned/updated/repaired. It’s been the nicest apartment we’ve rented, would recommend.
