Wyndham Ridge Apartments

Please dont move here. Our AC unit has been underperforming (by a lot) since we started testing it in April. We asked maintenance and management to fix it several times. Temperatures kept climbing, it was 80-90 degrees in our unit and they still did nothing. We would call the office and the manager (who doesnt work there anymore thank god) would basically gaslight us and say our unit was working fine. We literally had to get a window unit and box fans to get through the summer. Temperature guns, documentation, countless tickets and emails. Fast forward from the $200-$300 bills to SEPTEMBER, they FINALLY got someone out here. They then came on a Friday and rendered our AC useless until they can come back next week to fix it. This was due to it being an unexpected 3-4 HOUR JOB when the office had told us for months nothing was wrong. This doesnt even cover the 18-24 inch cracks in my flooring that it took them 6 months to fix. Weve lived here 6.5 years and in the beginning it was the best place Ive ever lived. It took a turn.

I lived here for years, it was a great place to live until penny took over as regional manager and now none of the staff will stay, they are going through managers constantly and she seems to be the root of the issue

Been here 3 years and have no intentions to go anywhere else. Management is always eager to get any repairs done in a timely manner. Grounds are kept beautifully and no cigarette butts I have observed in other complexes. Snow removal always timely. Met some great neighbors here!

My husband and I have lived here a little under two months and we are extremely happy living here! We moved from a horrible apartment into this one and it feels like a dream. It is very quiet here, we never see our neighbors, Packages get delivered to the front of the building and we've never had an issue, building/property is very clean, maintenance is great and gets to your issues fairly quick with the amount of buildings they have to take care of, and they are very nice, especially Hannah! Its so nice to see a complex that actually takes care of their property. We love it here and would recommend anyone living here!

My husband and I have been living at Wyndham Ridge for almost 6 months and love it here. The unit is affordable and spacious, parking is never difficult to find, our neighbors have been kind and quiet, and the complex is tucked away from Steels Corner so you never hear noisy traffic. Management and maintenance have also been great. Our maintenance requests get picked up within a day or two and all the employees have been very helpful and nice. I’m really happy we decided to move here and don’t see us going anywhere anytime soon!

I visited this apartment community about 2 weeks ago with a friend who is going through a divorce. Let me tell you, we must have toured 30 different apartment communities. My friend and I toured with Michelle, the property manager. She was a peach! She was sincere, which in today's society is a rare quality. When my friend's lease is up, she is definitely renting at Wyndham Ridge.
