Hidden Lake

The management and maintenance staff are A++++. They take pride in their work and aim to please. Do not hesitate to live here. The property is well maintained and has great facilities. The quality of the HL team is exceptional and makes the living experience enjoyable. Recently all the vents were cleaned for those who have allergy considerations. The Maintenance staff are onsite and work hard to be responsive. Trails, fountains, doggie wash stations, waste bags and many other touches for pet owners.

My heat was out over a month before they fixed it. Air conditioning out two months with continual promises to fix. Now my drain is clogged and disposal doesnt work, its been over a week and no one cares. Zero discount on rent. The pool has been closed two weeks and they say two more weeks waiting for a part.

I loved living at Hidden Lake Apartments. So much beautiful scenery all around me. A hiking/ bike trail a few steps away. A great pool and work out room. I was on the third floor and it was so quiet . The staff were so friendly and helpful. A great place to live.

Lived here since February it’s a great place maintenance is great and quick! The ladies in the office as well, especially Makela she has been very helpful with everything I needed since I moved in!

I was looking for an apartment at another place in Green & stopped into a complex near my home location. I met Makela & there was nothing available for my needs or price range. Makela told me about Hidden Lake & what they had to offer. Makela was so very polite & professional & eager to assist with any & everything. I've been disabled for most of my life & have good days & bad days. I can't walk much on concrete & parking is an issue with my mobility issues. The ladies offered to help me get a handicap spot close. There is one at the next building & that won't help me especially on the bad days. The ladies were so helpful with a few issues & found quick resolution to every need with a smile. The ladies went above & beyond in every way to see every one of our needs were met. It's an excellent example of excellence in customer service at the highest level. I will be recommending Hidden Lake living to everyone I know. Thank you all so much for helping us find a home & making us feel welcome.

I had the best experience working with Makela during my time at Hidden Lake. She is so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. She will go out of her way to help with any questions. Move-in and move-out went smoothly, my security deposit was returned on time. I recommend working with Makela, she’s very helpful!
