Heron Springs Apartments

I have been living here for almost two years. Most of the apartments have not been updated and therefore many things break frequently. Maintenance is slow to respond and then doesn't fix the item the first time. Washer broke.... they "fixed" it. It broke again 2 days later. Ice maker broke.. they "fixed" that too. We went without central air for almost two months during some of the hottest days of the summer. They offered no rent deduction for the problem. I have emailed the management office on multiple occasions and have gotten no response. I would not recommend this apartment.

Ive lived here for over ten years and absolutely love it! I moved from a 1 to 2 bedroom when I got married. The staff really cares about our needs and the quality of the units are excellent. My husband and definitely recommend it.

The maintenance staff is lazy with the exception of Craig, but Im not sure if he still works for Heron Springs? Tami, the brand new assistant office manager, is desperately needs improvement on her customer service skills. In addition, some tenants with dogs do not pick up their pets feces.

Have lived here for 1 and half years now. The apartments are good and reasonably priced. The technical staff and office workers can do better. My Air conditioning has not been working for over 2 weeks now and their advise to me is "open the windows" as they cant have it fixed until next summer. Cannot recommend until they have better management and technical staff.
