The apartment is okay for the money, but they are older buildings so not very energy-efficient. I like that they are pet-friendly. Service requests are typically handled within 24 hours.
They don't fix anything. they are roach infested, they give you no time to pay the rent.
Was great when we first moved in but ,annual increases of rent by corporate without seeing any improvement to the property is frustrating. Playground is now closed showing no interest of reopening pool was not open until July and maintenance does take long time to respond to a service request.
Staff good on many things but not on the removal/notices on broken down/expired plates vehicles - which is stated that they must be removed in the lease and newsletters. One of them, unit 1713 keeps parking in the road instead of a designated parking spot. I have been telling the office and showing pictures since last year. That resident has had MANY warnings, yet still living in unit. They have 2 cars - one of the plates expired last year. Plus many other vehicles - one of the plates expired in 2015 - 3 years ago. Another, belongs to a condo - #3704 - this unit already has 2 spots and have been using at least 1 other stop with a broken down van for several months yet vehicle still there. Many other vehicles that I have told the office where they are located, even gave a list a few months ago. Why have a so called policy if not endorsed especially in regards to parking using up valuable space for others to park?
Plus, why build a playground and kids cannot use it? it has been locked up from the beginning with kids constantly breaking in to use it. Why not fix it?

My rent jumped $70 last year, yet other residents - that is the total for 2 years. That is far from fair, especially to a long time resident whom has NEVER been late with her rent. This should be corrected too.
It's been an overall hassle. Appliances don't work and things all around the house are constantly falling apart. Difficult to get maintenance to come. They mark requests completed even when they haven't even came to the home. Just too much
