This place is god awful. I wouldnt recommend this pile of crap to anyone. Cockroaches every where. When you have assigned parking you pay for its always taken and you cant park near your home. They never fix anything when you put a request in. When I first moved in they had to pretty much do a whole entire remodel of my home WHILE I WAS MOVED IN. Because they missed things like holes in the walls, ect.
Dont waste your time or money on this dumb

First of all the rent is way too high for nothing to be updated or fixed or replaced they always think a hammer and screw fix and cover up everything apartments windows are beyond old they let you move in when things arent even fixed maintenance arent even real maintenance people cause they dont know how to fix a thing beyond infested with roaches they can send a exterminator a million and one times and still be infested its a thousand and one things wrong as long as they get they money by the first no extra days thats all that matters

I have been a resident here for 3 years. The management is incredibly kind and if I've ever had a problem/issue, it has been corrected within 24 hrs. I live in a 2 bedroom. I love the fact no one has to walk through by bedroom to get to the bathroom and they have their own vanity area separate from my own. The rooms are spacious and quite convenient for the four of us. The school district is exceptional. My neighbors are friendly.

The apartment is okay for the money, but they are older buildings so not very energy-efficient. I like that they are pet-friendly. Service requests are typically handled within 24 hours.
