Meadow View Apartments

I received my keys after I signed my lease for my townhome. Im disabled and have severe asthma and allergies. My townhome has dirty ducts that has trash inside them and the vents have dust on every vent. The master bedroom and bathroom vents has black mold on them and they have dust all over them. The light fixtures have thick layer of dust on them. You can tell that they havent been cleaned and who knows how long. In my bathtub looks like you can tell that it hasnt been cleaned out.

I am disabled and told them I have severe, asthma and allergies and when I went inside the apartment every air vent and light fixtures had a lot of dust all over them. The master bedroom and bathroom air vents dont work and have black mold on them. The vent intakes have trash all inside them. The bathrooms was not cleaned.

Been here 5 years. Ownership has changed and the office has changed couple times. Maintenance... well, they try. The commitment to keeping the grounds nice remains the same. The recent renovations of the roofing & the windows is nice as well. The lady running the show in the office now is on top things like a bum on a bologna sammich. She makes you want to believe that she'll straighten out the few bad apples who poison the barrel.

Its pretty quiet and a nice area. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly. The manager is very nice.

Had a issue with my refrigerator on a Saturday morning and maintenance responded almost immediately to help fix the issues Very professionally

Clean, spacious apartment. Walk in closet. Pet friendly.
