New property manager is a lying piece of scum who is only trying to milk residents out of as much money as possibly and provide as little help as possible. Facilities are not maintained to their previous standard, gates are broken with no attempt to repair. Dumpsters are not picked up frequently enough. Dog droppings rules are not being enforced. It is a shame, my first year there was fantastic, but sadly it is not the gem it once was.

We have struggle with our heat last winter and now the air conditioner since we have lived here. The heat and now air run no stop. They have addressed the request numerous times and continues to run non stop. Our electric bill just keeps going up!!

We were at Waters bend for over a year, while we looked for our permanent home solution. The facilities were well kept and when we did have an issue, they responded immediately. The people were nice, the apartment was beautiful and we felt right at home.

Nice apartment . We are moving to Ohio from out of state we have looked at a few apartments . The property manager at this location was the nicest and the most accommodating .
