There is a nice park down the street. There's a Target and several restaurants within walking distance.

I really like being close to Summit Park. I enjoy taking friends and family there since it is close by and has some great food options.

I like a close proximity of one of the best schools. There are a of a lot of nice restaurants and bars close to our street as well.as a big mall within 5 min of driving.
