Deborah Elsamny is an excellent property manager whose management skills and interaction skills with tenants here are textbook . I'm renewing my lease because of her and I hope management helps her continue to make Oliver House a great and safe place to stay .

I have lived in the Oliver house since 2012..THIS TIME. I actually am a former resident from the late 1980's..left and after I sold my home and ..i came back to The Oliver house. Our Property Manager Deborah Elsamny is very pleasant> I never have any concerns but anytime I drop in the leasing office. she/they are willing and able to offer assistance if needed. Just recently, new carpet and paint was completed. It totally brightened up the place. The apartments are large/spacious and I have a great view in the front. The minimal service orders or work I have needed done has been completed thoroughly and in a timely fashion. This is a great place to live.

We have lived here for the past 6 years and love our apartment. It is spacious and the building is kept very clean. Management does a wonderful job in responding to repairs.
