Needed immediate availability, or at least asap. They have nothing available until November, aka two more months. If we keep living in a hotel for another 30+ days we won't have a first month rent + security deposit when we do find a place. Besides all that, they don't allow dogs anyway, which is a MUST.

This is a very beautiful apartment from the gorgeous lobby to great designs in apartments. This apartment is a rare find for concrete floors and fire walls built years ago which far exceeds the apts. built today in building codes. The staff is very professional along with the great maintenance team and reputable owners who keep updating. Other extras are the swimming pool, party rooms with great decor, workout room with TV, laundry rooms open 24 hours, and across from Westgate Mall shopping. I will be here a long time since this is a rare find in today's market.

Elevators are consistently out of order, otherwise it would be excellent

Management: caring, attentive, responsive! an amazing family atmosphere. Very clean, any problems are immediately always attended to, responsive to special needs.

There is a wonderful manager here, who is very attentive and responsive, to any questions, requests, etc. There are wonderful amenities, such a beautiful pool, and an exercise room. There are also many special events that residents may participate in, by signing for, such as cookouts, potlucks, bus rides, etc. People are friendly, and my apartment is quiet.
