I didn't get a place here but the staff was very warm and welcoming. The ladies there listened to all of my needs. The apartments were very nice and spacious, although a little out of my price range. She even gave me some information to a place closer to my price point. She really didn't have to do that but I am very thankful.
Residents leave trash in the hallway. Back door lock was finally fixed after being here for almost a year and for some reason the people that live here think they are supposed to prop it open with large pieces of brick from the parking lot. Where do you live that it's ok to keep the door wide open for intruders or animals to be free to just come into the building. No security. Buzzer system does not work. Been here almost a year and if you have a visitor you can'tbuzz them in you have to go downstairs to let them in annoying!
Don't keep up with maintenance
Building is not secure back doors have no locks . Outsiders just walk right into the building. Front door keeps getting broken lock is always broken. Mailbox doors are on the floor. Trash is in hallways.. Maintainance calls are not answered.
I moved from Loganberry ridge approx 7 years ago and with good reason. The quality of tenants has greatly declined as has the quality of the property. The Buildings are run down and no longer well maintained. Its an awful property! now!
