Have not had a working dryer since March 20th. Electric bill is doubled the past few months. Stopped in office, only get excuses about how AC repairs are more important. Still expected to pay rent on time every month regardless. Do not rent here. Manager will not talk to you or try to help. VERY UNDERSTAFFED MAINTENANCE WISE. Wish I would've trusted previous reviews before moving in!!!

Great apartments - I'm moving to the new upgraded home and am really excited to bring my family! The office staff has taken care of me every step and the manager even stepped out to meet me and answer a question she overheard me asking. First place I've been to that I even seen the manager.

Where to start... I moved into a dirty apartment with hosed walls. Not filthy dirty, but I had to wipe things own and remove some stains that were left (nail polish remover works wonders). The walls? They were not even freshly painted, and the walls had huge, messy patches in them that stuck out like a sore thumb... so far, not so good. And within just a couple weeks, I had to call for 3 maintenance requests, one to put a shelf in the freezer, which they said do not come with the freezer... even though there are obvious holes in the freezer to put a shelf, one to unblock the shower drain, which maintenance said was FULL OF HAIR (someone else's hair obviously), and one to repair the dryer which did not dry clothes. By December, I had to make another maintenance request to replace the smoke alarm because when I went to replace the battery, the whole thing fell apart in my hand. Upon closer inspection of the smoke alarm, I discovered that it was dated 2002, almost 15 years old!. By law, residential rentals should replace their smoke detectors after 10 years, since the sensors begin to lose their sensitivity after that time! The complex also took almost 2 months to put up a handicapped parking sign for my daughter, even though I had requested it before I even moved in and they had record of my handicapped parking placard and needs.

About the apartment complex, there is 1 (one), yes you heard me, ONE trash compacter for the entire complex! It is up front and this is a big complex, so unless you're in the mood to walk around with your trash bags, you either need to put the trash on or in your car... And on the weekends, you can't even get to the trash can because the rest of the residents have either not pushed the button to compact the trash, causing the can to be overflowed, or they have just thrown their trash everywhere and anywhere, making the can completely inaccessible to begin with. The management is well aware of the issue, since the single compacter
