I have lived here for 14 years and it feels comfortable. They take great care of the lawn, and the flowers and plants are beautiful in the summer time. Any time something goes wrong, which is rare they are here to fix it the same day. I have no complaints other than the rent could be less especially for a one bedroom.

Lady at the desk made us feel as if we were bothering her when we came to get information on the apartments. It was a very uninviting experience we will probably not rent here

We had a great experience in year one but when there was a management change they lost our checks twice and put an eviction notice on our door while the checks we gave them cleared. Then we were told we had to have the checks before the first.

While I love the community, I have had some issues with the professionalism of the office staff on site. On various occasions, I've either called & left messages or visited the office in person & was not able to have questions answered. I also feel that the rent is a bit too high in comparison to some other comparible townhomes.
