I have been here almost 3 months love my apartment have had more then a handful of issues with my place some fixed some not but I really live the place. Main issue is the upstairs neighbor who plays music beyond loud but that's it.
It's a great place to call home nice neighborhood friendly people on the bus line
I currently live here and its been ONLY a month, its been absolutely terrible. Upon moving in I didnt even get to see my apartment until the literal day of, the first day Im putting away dishes and my cabinet literally broke off. I thought nothing much of it it seemed like a simple fix, there was greasy stuff all over all of the cabinets and pantry, my sliding glass door has VERY OBVIOUS MARKS of being broken into previously with a crow bar, my ac leaks into my bathroom, this has all been brought to management and nothings been done. Now Ive delt with this as well as I feel I can, but tonight after a long 13 hour shift at work I came home to an EVICTION NOTICE, when I have the screenshot AND confirmation number that I did in fact pay my rent on time. For all of these reasons and so many more my boyfriend and I are definitely looking to go elsewhere do not waste your time.
Ps; read all of your lease, they do upgrades and you have to pay for them, my quoted rent was $670 a month plus whatever utilities and things of that nature well after all my upgrades my rent went up to $765. Upgrades shouldnt be there concern when my carpet isnt nailed down completely, my floors are messed up, my air conditioning doesnt circulate upstairs and that my doors do not shut all the way.
I hope you read all of these reviews and take the hint, this isnt the place to be.
I have a friend who lives on Serenac( Cornerstone Crossing). I came to visit her this past weekend for Easter. It was the worst visit I had. A drunkard and stumbling man came up and spooked me he was begging for change. My friend said he harrasses everyone. As he walked away he looked mad and started mumbling something, I think he was upset I said no for money. My friend said he lives in the breezeway of 5680 something because that's the area he always walks to. This is so unacceptable. And I can not believe a rental company allows this. I found out my friend and the neighbors have called on this drunk man but nothing appears to happen. I snapped pictures and video of this man for future use if needed. Another issue I have after taking out the trash I man was walking his pitbull yes a pitbull I was also informed pitbulls are not aloud in these apartments but almost everyone who owns a dog has a pitbull. This rental company is treading on dangerous waters. You have a out of control drunk man who roams around and frightens and harrasses ladies and then you have one of the most dangerous and feared dogs. I have documentation of both these incidents and pictures. This place needs to get rid of these dogs and this drunkard man. Maybe then it would be suitable to move into and feel safe until then keep looking for another apartment.
Love how spacious my apartment is
