    We moved into Powell Crossing a month ago and LOVE it so much. The size is perfect to keep a quaint community feel. There is ample parking for residents and visitors. Its so close to Downtown Powell which has Nocterra and so many other local restaurants. The walking trails make it so nice for a walk around the connecting neighbors or to get ice cream from Handels :) The outdoor grill is an added bonus for summer time fun!!!! Now last but not least... Amanda and the whole leasing staff has been ABSOLUTELY incredible. They are so prompt with answering questions. They made moving in during the COVID pandemic a breeze. We were able to view the apartment with a self guided tour and move in was seamless. This truly has been the best experience in apartment living for us. Champion Properties really do care about their residents which shows from how engaged the management is with monthly events and gifts.

    Great location within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, etc. Staff is very polite and helpful troubleshooting issues. Maintenance is timely. Im very glad I chose to live at Powell Crossings!

    I moved into Powell Crossing as one of the first residents and have seen it go from its construction and sodding stages to the beautiful and safe environment that it is now. The management is on-site and always happy to take care of us when needed ... and they are very creative in hosting events on site! This is a great location with so many places to visit in walking distance. There are several parks, restaurants, and services just minutes away. I like that the police station is nearby and the complex is actively patrolled. Overall, being new to the Columbus area, I feel very lucky to have found these brand new apartments in such an awesome location.

    I am pleased to be in the apartments at Powell Crossing. The apartments have a wonderful central location within walking distance to parks, restaurants, ice cream shops as well as the fun shops in Historic downtown Powell. Three grocery stores near by. The apartments also feel very safe since they are located in the heart of Powell and close to the police station..The staff at Powell Crossing is helpful and relatable. The apartments are new and along with the grounds are very nice ad well-kept
